Firearm Training

Consolidated Security has been available since 1993 to provide firearm training to participants who were interested. Troy is a licensed Texas Commission on Law Enforcement trainer with extensive firearm knowledge and willing to share his expertise and experience. Holding a firearm instructors license for the past many years, he had conducted thousands of hours of practical shooting of both handguns and rifles. He has taught the License to Carry class (formerly the Concealed Carry class) to hundreds of students with success in not only the shooting part, but focusing on safety aspects along with great detail and why displaying your firearm is seldom a good choice except in a rare circumstances. Being a good witness is a better idea, but when the time arises Troy makes sure you have the tools at your disposal to protect yourself and others, and what steps to take after an event.
